ARBOBAND
Arboband boards are an environmentally friendly and effective way to protect your plants, vegetables, and trees from damage caused by pests. The product consists of a pack of adhesive boards which are placed on, or nearby plants. The insects are attracted to the boards purely by their colour, alleviating the requirement for any chemicals or active ingredients. Upon contact with the board, the pest will become stuck to the adhesive coating. The product is suitable for use in the home, greenhouse, or outdoors. Target specific species by selecting the corresponding board colour:
yellow
Targets Whiteflies, Aphids, Fungus Gnats, Thrips, Flea Beetles, and Cherry Fruit Flies.
blue
Targets Thrips, Leaf Miners, Whiteflies, and fungus gnats.
white
Targets Pear sawfly, Apple sawfly, Plum sawfly, Yellow sawfly, Cabbage root flies, and Swede midge.
The boards can be installed using string or hooks; nearby or on the plant – this ensures that no matter the situation, your plants can be protected.

What is Arboband?
Arboband is a sticky insect board that attracts different pests that target vegetables, fruits and flowers. The pests are attracted by the colour of the boards.
How do I install Arboband?
Depending on which species you are looking to target Arboband can be placed on the ground, hung near by or attached to the plant itself.
Which pests are attracted to which colour Arboband?
Blue – Thrips, Leaf miners, Whiteflies, Fungus gnats.
Yellow – Whiteflies, Aphids, Fungus gnats, Thrips, Flea beetles, Cherry fruit flies.
White – Pear sawfly, Apple sawfly, Plum sawfly, Yellow sawfly, Cabbage root flies, Swede (cabbage) midge.
How many boards are in each pack?
Each pack of ArboBand comes with 5 boards of your chosen colour. Three are adhesive both sides and two are adhesive on one side.
Does Arboband use any chemicals?
No. Arboband only uses the colour of the boards to attract the pests and nothing else.
How do I stop insects eating my plants?
Plants, fruits and vegetables are all natural food sources for insects, and stopping them eating your prized crops can be a tricky task. Using chemicals could harm your plants but using Arboband sticky traps means there’s no harmful chemicals used. Each board is easy to use and each colour board targets specific pest species. Boards can be placed on the floor to catch crawling insects or hung up to attract flying insects.
How do I catch insects without using chemicals?
As we move to try and reduce the amount of chemicals we use, we become more aware of non-toxic alternatives. Arboband offers a non-toxic option to trap most insects that are either crawling or flying. The Arboband sticky traps don’t use any chemicals to attract your target pests, all that is used is the colour of the boards. Your plants won’t be harmed and there is no risk of secondary poisoning.
