Goodnature A24 Trap

The Goodnature A24 trap is one of a kind. Its a CO2 rat trap with a self-resetting mechanism, This allows it to humanly dispatch its target species over and over again.

The Goodnature A24 works by using an attractant in the top of the trap. This smell encourages the target species to enter the trap and as they do they touch a small trigger before they get to the attractant. This trigger releases a shot of CO2 that powers the traps captive bolt. The bolt strikes the animal in the head leading to an instant dispatch. A return spring then resets the bolt and the dispatched animal will drop to the ground and can be scavenged by predators or removed and disposed of. Each CO2 cylinder supplied with the A24 is capable of powering the trap 24 times.

Each A24 comes with a digital strike counter that allows you to see how many pests have been dispatched should they be scavenged. The counter also allows you to see when it’s time to change your CO2 canister.

The Goodnature A24 rat trap can be used in every situation from woodland, gardens, and chicken runs to kitchens, outbuildings and sheds. The included mounting bracket and screws allow for quick installation into wood, and the addition of a trap stand allows the trap to be free-standing for indoor use.

Trapping Legislation

All traps are subject to conditions set out in the Spring Trap Approval Order. The STAO England states that Goodnature A24 humane rat traps may be used for the purpose of dispatching Rats, Mice, Stoats, Weasels and Gliss Gliss.
