The SAFEBOX® Maxi is a fully galvanised, multi-purpose box that can be used for the control of rats and mice. The SAFEBOX® Maxi is capable of holding 2 x mouse snap traps, 1 x rat snap trap, or multiple monitoring blocks. The unique SAFEBOX® locking mechanism means it can also be used with rodenticides.
The SAFEBOX® Maxi is a top opening box making it quick and easy to service. Each SAFEBOX® Maxi comes with a base plate that holds your snap traps in place and stops them from jumping when activated. Also, on the plate is a pin for mounting rodenticide or monitoring blocks, and a groove to insert non-target exclusion cards. You can insert two different types of exclusion cards – a full metal one that has a hole only big enough for a mouse to enter, or a cardboard one that allows rats and mice to chew through and enter the box.
Each SAFEBOX® Maxi comes with a unique yellow key that only fits the SAFEBOX® range. The Key has a long handle to make it easier to reach a box in a tricky place and to also stop the user from bending down to the ground to service a box.
