Returning faulty Products

Faulty products can be returned for credit or exchange providing the product was purchased within two years of the claim. All warranty claims must have a dated proof of purchase.

Returning Non-damaged items

Non-damaged items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. These items must be returned within two weeks in an undamaged, resalable condition. Items that are damaged or missing will not be refunded or replaced.

Shipping charges due to returning a product are the responsibility of the customer.

How to return an item

• Please call us on 01488 681091. We will need to know the reason to return or fault with a product.
• Any returns should be packaged in a way the protects the contents from damage during shipment.
• All returns should include a note to include who the parcel is from, a reason for return and contact information.
